Hello Everyone! I started this blog to reach out and help anyone who may be struggling to lose weight, get in shape and be healthier. What I have learned through my own journey of losing weight and eating healthier overall is that dedication and consistency are the two most important things you will need to stay fit and healthy for life. I had to learn to prioritize my health and fitness goals. Once I did that the weight came off a lot easier and stayed off. I just recently realized that since the end of 2011 I have lost 37 pounds total. I'm eating better and have more energy. I hope i can do it too. It is really hard... Is my 4th day juicing... I was feeling great at work i got home and.i smelled the.rice and beans .i went straight to bedroom... i feel really

You can do it. Smelling food while juicing is really hard. What makes it worst is that it feels like you can smell foods from miles away when your juice fasting. lol. Just remind yourself of why your juicing and how it will be worth it at the end. Don't forget about that great feeling you had at work! It's a process and it takes time to adjust to the changes.
